North Cyprus Booker Booking Conditions
Bookings placed with North Cyprus Bookers are confirmed subject to the acceptance of the fair trade agreement as it is listed below. When you use our services your contract is with North Cyprus Bookers.
1- Reservations
North Cyprus Bookers will only accept reservations that are submitted through our website. Please do not consider your booking confirmed until you receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
2- Payments
North Cyprus Bookers accept payments via credit card (Visa and MasterCard only) and wire transfer. You will be billed for the entire amount of your booking unless it is otherwise noted.
When you credit card is billed, it will be billed in the Turkish Lira equivalent of British Pounds. We currently use the Universal Currency Converter found at http://www.xe.com that lists the daily live mid-market exchange rates. The charge on your credit card bill will appear as ‘North Cyprus Bookers’. Due to fluctuations between the Turkish Lira and your local currency, you bill could reflect a small difference between the amount you are charged when you process your booking and the amount that is actually billed.
3- Hotel Check In and Check Out times
Unless it is otherwise noted, the check-in time for all hotel reservations made through North Cyprus Bookers is 14:00 hours. The check-out time is 12:00 hours. You will be fully responsible for any additional charges that are incurred if you check in early or check out late.
4- Airport Transfers
If you have scheduled airport transfers, it is your responsibility to inform North Cyprus Bookers about any flight delays. While the taxi driver we arrange for you may wait, we cannot guarantee that they will. If you do not inform us of a flight delay and the taxi leaves the airport, you will not be able to receive a refund of your airport transfer cost. This money will be used to pay the taxi driver for their services.
5- Amendments/alterations to a booking by you
If you need to make any changes to your reservations we will do our best to accommodate you. However, accommodation will depend on the availability of your reservations and we cannot guarantee that will be able to alter or amend your booking.
If you alter your reservation within 30 days of the arrival date, it will be considered a cancellation and you will be responsible for paying cancellation charges as listed below as well as charges for a new booking.
If you alter your reservation by moving your booking date ahead 90 days, it will be considered a cancellation and you will be responsible for paying cancellation charges as listed below as well as charges for a new booking.
6- Cancellation by you
If you cancel your reservation with North Cyprus Bookers it must be done in writing and by the person who made the original reservation and filled out the booking form. The cancellation charges that you will incur will be based on when we receive your written notification.

Airport Transfers
Transfers combined with hotel bookings are refunded as per the hotel booking refund structure above.
7- Cancellation or amendment by North Cyprus Bookers
North Cyprus Bookers reserves the right to cancel your reservation if and only if the accommodations you requested mistakenly inform us that accommodations were available and then later inform us that availability is not there. We will refund you any money paid for cancellations we make and your credit card will be refunded for the full amount of your reservation.
8- Jurisdiction
This contract is subject and should be interpreted under the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Courts.
