North Cyprus Caravan Holiday
Instead of camping in a tent on your North Cyprus holiday, some people like to have a little bit of luxury, like a half soft bed, or a kettle, or electricity. So they will choose to use their caravan instead. Using a caravan on your Northern Cyprus holiday is just like using the tent, but it might be just a bit more restricted as to where you can get your caravan if you want to camp on the beach or up part one of the mountains.
But it still does not take away from the beauty of what you will see. If you are thinking of taking a North Cyprus holiday with the caravan, it will be a good adventure. There are several sites that cater of caravans however you will notice that the quality of campsites for caravans are not as high as other places around Europe.
But that’s what makes the adventure so much more exciting because things are not perfect, and you have to work with what you have, but on top of the negative, an even bigger positive comes through with just the fact that you are on holiday in North Cyprus. The views don’t change, it still looks beautiful.
The campsites that are available that you would want to look at possibly going to are Iskele, Kaplica, Kumyali, Lapta, Salamis and Yeni Erenkoy. All of those places are happy to accept campers, and since this is North Cyprus, you are guaranteed to be treated friendly and professional at any place you decide to go to.
But you might just want to set up your caravan and leave it there, and use it as a base for when you come back to it. Since there is so much exploring you can do on your Northern Cyprus holiday. You can always set up your caravan and decide to go walking along the sands of the Mediterranean, or maybe go scuba diving, or just take in the sites. One thing you wouldn’t want to do is take your caravans into town.
Since the narrow streets and roads could make it difficult to maneuver around those. And since it is bustling with people they may not be overly happy to see a caravan come rolling down their streets. There many busses that can go into town anyway, so you would probably not need to even take your car in town either.
Wherever you decide to stay in North Cyprus, whether it be camping or caravanning there is one thing that will be assured. You will love every second that you get to spend in this beautiful country.
The way how it makes you feel being in the wild with the wild life, or seeing a turtle lay an egg on the sand, or just enjoying the ocean, and knowing you get to sleep right in the heart of it all just makes it seem that more unique and special.
